I placed an order for a pair of running shoes during a sale and was taken aback to find that I received a used pair instead of a new one. What adds to my frustration is the response from the customer support team. I mentioned several times that I am training for a marathon and that timing is crucial for me. Rather than providing a genuine solution, I was simply told to “return the item and purchase a new one.” There was no sense of urgency, no alternatives offered, and no accountability. Sending used products as new is unacceptable for any retailer—especially one as prominent as the company. The lack of customer care in this situation demonstrates a complete disregard for the customer's time and requirements. A very disappointing experience. I anticipated much better.
