Typically, we prefer to plan our own travels as a couple, but for our Chongqing trip (Dec. 23-26, 2025), we decided to use the service of a travel agency since our group consisted of six people, including two seniors. This turned out to be a wise choice, and I’m glad I found this agency. We communicated with a representative who was incredibly helpful in addressing all my queries from the initial conversations up to the final moments of our trip. During our travels, he provided constant updates and was prompt in answering our questions. We received a package that included train tickets from another city to Chongqing and back, transfers to and from our accommodations, and a full-day tour. Everything went smoothly. The one-day tour was fantastic as well. Our guide was excellent, adhering to our itinerary and offering assistance, especially with the seniors and when my niece felt unwell during the tour. She went above and beyond, providing hot packs and coming prepared with water and snacks. Our driver was also friendly and efficient, assisting us with our luggage from the train station to our drop-off point. Although we didn’t communicate much due to a language barrier, he was always ready with a translator. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the agency. While they may not be the cheapest option, their services are reliable, which is far more valuable than dealing with inconsistencies during travels. We look forward to exploring more cities in China and will definitely consider this agency again. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service!
