Normally, we prefer to plan our own trips as a couple, but for our Chongqing adventure (Dec. 23-26, 2025), we decided to use the service of a travel company since our group consisted of six people, including two seniors. This turned out to be a smart choice, and I'm grateful to have found this service. We communicated with a representative who was incredibly helpful, addressing all my questions from the beginning until the final moments of our trip. Throughout our travels, he provided constant updates and promptly responded to our inquiries. We received a package that included train tickets from another city to Chongqing and back, transfers to and from our accommodations, and a full-day tour. Everything went smoothly. The one-day tour was also fantastic. Our guide was exceptional, following our itinerary seamlessly. She was very supportive, especially with the seniors in our group and when my niece felt unwell during the tour, even providing hot packs. She came well-prepared with water and snacks. The driver was friendly and efficient, assisting us with our luggage from the train station to our drop-off. Although we didn’t communicate much due to a language barrier, he was always equipped with a translator. Overall, we had an excellent experience with this travel service. While they may not be the cheapest option, their reliability is more valuable than facing inconsistencies and issues during trips. We look forward to exploring more cities in China and will definitely consider using their services again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their outstanding support!
