I bought eight T-shirts and spent nearly $200, and I feel completely let down by the terrible service I’ve received.
I spent the entire week trying to get a hold of a human being on their 800 number, but it was impossible.
I was assisted via chat by someone named Jhohan—though I’m not sure if he was actually a computer program, because the service there was abysmal as well.
According to Jhohan, everything had supposedly been cleared up; it was understood that the package was supposed to be delivered to me in California, and that it was just a matter of waiting.
As it turns out, I was notified today—Saturday—that the package was delivered to the wrong address in Miami. And since they don't offer customer service on Saturdays or Sundays, there is absolutely nothing I can do about it right now. I will definitely be reaching out this coming Monday to cancel the order and request a full refund. I would never shop on this garbage site again, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either—unless you want your day ruined by such incompetent service.
I trusted your word when you told me that everything had been resolved and that the package would arrive in Los Angeles, California—and it was all a lie. If I could, I would go back and give you a rating of less than one star, because that abysmal service from your company deserves nothing more.
In fact, I don't even want to buy anything from you anymore; monday I am going to see if I can finally get through to someone who actually understands the situation. The bottom line is that you should just issue me a refund and stop sending me anything else, because I want nothing more to do with this.
