My answer is a resounding NO. This service does not deserve recognition. They lack a phone number for customer inquiries, and if you email them, you receive an automated response stating it will take 'at least' seven days for a reply, all while they hold onto people's funds. I have serious concerns about the individuals behind this service. I plan to bring this matter to the attention of regulatory authorities. If they claim to have approval from the relevant bodies, they must adhere to the rules. Unfortunately, that is not the case, and I feel compelled to report this. I cannot risk more with this service; it reeks of negligence. Currently, I haven’t seen any purchases or pending orders that have debited my wallet, but I am unfazed. I am aware of the individuals involved. It's not my concern whether they are fraudulent, but they should know that I will not tolerate any mishandling of my funds. Whether they are deceitful or not is their issue. I will be reaching out to regulatory authorities and submitting a formal complaint regarding this service's operations.
