I would give zero stars if that were an option. One star feels like a stretch. The real question is: does a company that mishandles customer service while managing other people's hard-earned money truly deserve any recognition? My answer is a resounding NO. This service fails to provide a contact number for customers. When you send an email, an automated response informs you that it will take at least seven days to get a reply, while they hold onto people's funds. I have serious concerns about the individuals behind this service and plan to bring this to the attention of regulatory authorities. If they claim to have official approval, they should comply with the regulations. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case, and I feel compelled to report this. I cannot invest any more effort into this service, as it reeks of negligence. They seem careless and indifferent to serious business practices. As of now, I haven’t seen any purchases or pending orders that have affected my wallet, but that doesn’t concern me. I know the individuals involved, and it is not my job to determine if they are fraudulent; however, I am certain they understand that they cannot tamper with my funds. Whether they are dishonest or not is their issue. I will be contacting the regulatory body and filing an official complaint, urging them to clarify the status of this service. If they are indeed under regulation, I will demand they adhere to the established rules.
