I invested $2000 in a program that turned out to be frustrating. The training videos wouldn’t play properly, and after several attempts over four days, I still couldn’t watch them. When I requested a refund, they insisted it could only happen after finishing the videos, which were unviewable! Following multiple emails with representatives who provided the same unhelpful responses, I felt deceived. I advise against purchasing anything from this service; it has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered in years.

Doing business with this service has been disappointing. When I faced a significant health issue, they showed no accommodation or concern. I sought to cancel and request a refund for course materials I couldn’t access due to my health, just three days after the refund policy period. They seemed indifferent to my situation. If they are as successful as claimed, canceling a course should not be an issue.
