Ok So Here’s my Experience. They do a Good job really explaining their process and they give you REALISTIC things to expect as an Investor.I Believe the Transparency and realness is why I went with these guys and my Experience overall has matched that. I don’t really believe in perfect scores but if I had some room for Improvement would be them expanding into some other areas, but again they are upfront on being in the Midwest so not really a negative on their part. The 100% Lending is real, but the catch is the deal has to make sense but again the deals they provide all meet that mark so again it covers what they offer. I think overall Mike is a fair and Honest guy and that’s what I like. I’ve now done 4 projects in 15-16months without doing 1 prior to meeting them. Sometimes I get in my own head and I actually pressed these guys and tried to Poke holes, and time and time again they delivered.Investor IQ team is the Real Deal just remember Real Estate Investing is a marathon not a sprint!
