This is a fraudulent service. I bought a Christmas gift in December, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and received vague responses about customs delays. After multiple attempts to reach out, they stopped replying. This company is deceitful and takes your money without delivering. I am extremely disappointed, especially as this was meant to be a gift. Buyer beware!
