Hello - I have yet to hear confirmation that I am being refunded the $173.97 CAN for the Ariat boots + slippers charged to my Mastercard on 12/17/24.I contacted the shipper: on 1/13/25 after package got delayed-then-lost in customs and my very anxious 10 year old boy devastated because the boots that he's been waiting and wanting never showed. I was told:"Dear customers, It is waiting for the customs to inspect it, it usually takes about 3-7 daysIt depends on the local customs policyPlease don't worry, I will also check with logisticsplease be patient"Then finally on 1/21 I was notified that they can't find it.. Unfortunately, since the time of ordering and the refund delay in processing, my Mastercard #3958 has had fraudulent charges and I had to cancel it. Please advise how to proceed with my refund ASAP! I'm a single mom and it's been almost 2 months with this charge on my credit card, and no purchases in hand.Also, I guess I will also have to also claim these charges as fraudulent as I have not received anything, and until the refund is processed, you've basically stolen my money from me. No communication since asking for my refund is not good customer service and is very upsetting as a customer who has almost $200 tied up in refunds-yet-to-be-processed!!Please advise ASAP!!! What a nightmare this experience has been dealing with Jonas Curme at inpromail who is now no longer responding to my emails. Horrible customer service!I'm now posting here to try and get some sort of resolution AND MY MONEY BACK!
