I paid for a new build snagging survey which was complete and ready to move in. The criteria for the survey covers white goods and decor. The surveyor failed to mention the white good issues (no power to the dish washer or the extractor fan and no waste outlet for the washing machine) even though there were in situ and accessible. I raised a complaint with the Managing Director whose reply contradicted the criteria for the survey, a copy of which he sent me.
