Jack took thermal images throughout my property and explained his findings as we went along. I found this very helpful as he gave me insight into how the house has been insulated to date and which thermal issues would be fixable. I had initially considered just buying a thermal imaging camera and doing this myself but he definitely was able to interpret the images in a way that I wouldn't have been able to. The report was sent very promptly with all the images and I was able to ask follow up questions for anything that I didn't understand.
