- Ordered an 800 USD Seiko watch on 14 Feb 2023- Website stated available during order.- After a few days, order status did not change from 'Ordered' to a later order status- Wrote an enquiry only to receive a reply that watch was unavailable and should be available at the end of the month- Was irate because was deceived watch was available but was not, so I requested for a refund- Refund was processed but due to currency conversion it was about 40 USD short. Requested refund but was told seller would only provide half.- Seller after 6 months has not provided half the the refund promised.TL;DR(1) Website uses deceptive marketing tactics (there's a constant number saying 'x number of users is looking at'(2) Seller is dishonest as watch was not available but sold as in stock - said watch stock would come at the end of the month.(3) Seller does not honour promise of providing currency conversion loss (it has been 4 months).(4) Unconfirmed but likely company is of Chinese origin (as I was looking for a company support) but tries very hard to appear Japanese. DO NOT buy from this seller, as once something happens that is not in their favour, you will get disregarded. Buy at your own risk.
