In the website chat with support, I asked for a refund.I was asked to send an email. The email was sent and has been ignored for 3 days.When I talked about this in the live chat, they closed the chat. They did this 3 times!!!And suddently the "24/7 chat support" shows offline. This is very shaddy behaviour at best, and a total scam at worst
