Redeeming points has become a nightmare. Request for PIN code when no PIN code exists. Email to confirm voucher with a date expiring 20 days ago. Not to mention requesting for help regards PayPal redemption not received. Any communication via different routes totally ignored. Total waste of my time. Would love honest feedback
