I’m not happy with IQ Academy because my teenager who is under 16 done the IQ test while he was playing with my phone. We were out on a car drive at the time. He told he was doing a test and said he needed my email address to get the results. When I stopped my car I put in my email address, saw it said to pay £0.49, and thought that’s fine I will pay that. I didn’t read anything else as I was in a hurry. Little did I know I would be charged £39.99 two days later. I contacted customer service by email to explain. They told me it clearly states the 48 hour trial and they won’t refund me because the charge goes to set up the subscription. They even said they have cancelled it now so I won’t need to pay next month. When I checked my account the next day it was still active, so I did it myself. Not happy
