I paid a small fee of around £1 to use their service and canceled it immediately afterward. However, I recently noticed two transactions of £39.99 taken from my account—one last month and another just a few days ago. After reading other negative reviews, I suspect they may be scammers, as I am confident that I canceled my subscription in time to prevent further charges.They refused to provide me with a full refund of £79.98 and only offered to reimburse me £22.05, which I find very frustrating and unfair. I believe I am entitled to the entire refund since I did not use their service after the trial period. It seems there may be an issue with their website that caused the automatic charges. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I would like my full refund.I would not recommend their service to anyone!
