I booked 5 lessons (10 hours total) and paid in full in advance. Initially, the instructor was friendly and motivating, which made me feel confident about learning.However, after 8 hours of lessons, I had only covered basic left and right turns and limited roundabout practice, and I did not feel I was progressing at a reasonable pace.The main issue occurred on 13 November 2025. My final lesson was scheduled for 10:00am, and due to a misunderstanding, I arrived approximately 15 minutes late. I immediately responded to the message informing me I was late and confirmed that I was at the meeting point, but the instructor did not reply or answer my calls and left without conducting the lesson.As I had already paid in full, I was disappointed that there was no option to continue the remaining time or reschedule.A refund was later offered on the condition that I remove this review, which I did not agree to.This was my personal experience. I would recommend future learners confirm timings clearly and understand the cancellation policy before booking.
