Ordered part for 2 day delivery a week ago, never shipped, customer service with Sofia extremely difficult, can’t get any answers, unfriendly, unhelpful, unpleasant, still don’t have part, it was originally mistakenly sent ground, cannot get in touch with anyone in ownership or management. Finally got an email 8 days later saying part was broken, sorry, refund. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
