0 stars!!! Online says in stock, packaged ready to ship. Was supposed to ship Tuesday, still waiting for it to ship on Friday. When you call the same customer service lady answers the phone and has to go talk to somebody, each time she tells you it will ship today or tomorrow. I threatened to cancel the order and now my shipment is prioritized and can be shipped today. I'll believe it when I see it. I would never buy from this company again, nothing but lies.Update, they gave me a tracking number saying it was shipped and they sent an empty box with a 5% discount card for the next purchase. It has been a week and a half since the overnight order was placed. Asked for a refund yesterday and they said I would see it in 24hrs., hasn't happened yet. They are complete liars and probably scammers.
