First off for anyone thinking about ordering parts from this company DON'T! I should have read reviews of this company. I never would've ordered from them at all! We thought we were getting a pretty good deal on the part. So we wanted it over night to get our machine back up and running because the OEM didn't have any in stock. Well they didn't ship it out as asked. That was Friday. No show Monday. Emailed and was told sorry we will ship out today. No Show Tuesday. Emailed and was told shipping today. Tracking number to follow. Package shipped. Received today BUT all we received was a card for a 5% discount (Bull****). Called raising cane and was told part MIGHT SHIP OUT TODAY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Cancel order.
