This company held us randsom for a obvious error and simple fix on their side and wanted us to pay more than what the license was!!!! Never have we ever had such a bad service response!!! I 100% urge anyone interested in this type of SW to look elsewhere... inferior product and zero for backup service GO FURTHER DOWN THE REVIEWS!! You will see a real review like ours with exactly the same issue.. all the 5* reviews are fake made up BS Then.... they wrote back on my initial review stating they will fix it.. but totally reneged on their commitment.. was just that it looks like they proactive... we are a big health group in the USA and will 100% inform any other clinics to stay away untill they sort out their issues.. this cmpy is not honest in theor dealimgs and we regret it thatwe ever boight and worked on their sw
