I had exactly the same experience as many other reviewers. I was drawn in by a small £0.99 IQ test, during which my card details were taken. I explicitly declined ALL additional offers, upgrades, and subscriptions during the sign-up process.At no point was it made clear that a £39.99 subscription would be activated. I never knowingly agreed to this charge, and there was no obvious or transparent confirmation that a recurring subscription was being set up.This process is, at best, deliberately misleading, and at worst fraudulent. The number of people reporting the same issue speaks for itself.As a result, I’ve had to change my card details and ask my bank to block all further payments from this company. This should never be necessary for a simple online test.I strongly advise others to avoid this service. Companies operating like this should be investigated and held accountable.
