I am not familiar with 401K , I don’t speak or understand the language , procedures , rules and regulations. Tamara Perez was so patient and understanding of my lack of understanding and knowledge. Tamara explained the process and the why’s. Each step addressing more concerns with patience and understanding, saying no worries.
