They processed my payment request 3 months late and refuse to pay the $50 extra fee I incurred because of their negligence. The customer service manager, doesn't even reply to my emails on this matter. It is difficult to communicate with them since they don't answer emails and calls, or they respond with significant delay. The company was responsive and reliable a few years ago, but in the last year I noticed a significant drop in the quality of their service. I will be looking for another company.
