The paperwork was easy and got filed correctly, most of the rest is satisfactory. I have two cautions for the next guy:1. They don't provide an agent address, which means if you want to protect your privacy with a WY LLC, you have to go somewhere else to get an in state agent before you file your LLC. If you file with your own address initially - it completely obliterates your privacy. It seems a simple partnership with one of many companies that provide the serve is a no brainer - but they don't, or aren't sensitive to the privacy matter.2. Transfers of funds is an unnecessarily difficult and manual process. You would think by now they would have solved seamless electronic transfer by ACH instead of expensive manual wire transfers. It is 2025 and they take 2 weeks, consistently, to take your transfer request and send it to your banking institution (who turns it around the next day) and they receive and credit the funds to your account. For Gods sake, just charge us higher annual fees and not steal our interest with phony security settings and an antiquated manual process. You loose about $170 on your $100K transfer. Its a scam to increase revenue.The first item is easy for them to fix and the 2nd they seem unwilling to do.Good set up service just be aware of the pitfalls.
