The company delivered to what it promised me in setting up the ROBS account, walking thru the process, being transparent and executing it to the tee. It is important to me because I'm new to the whole process.All of the above can only be accomplished only when company has competent resources handling the customer needs. People make it happen. She worked with me on daily basis, answering all my questions, clearing my doubts as the process took time (08/01/2025 to until now). She has been extremely patient and walked me thru the process multiple times and always followed up with me after each step in the process.
