Well, the customer support agent, Suvie, provided as much information regarding a pending wire transfer that she was able to locate. Her efforts are appreciated (A+) but the actual wire transfer process through IRA Financial (TBD) requires some attention. Transparency and improved notification on status would be a significant improvement. Delays in my current transaction has set back a real estate close date and inconvenienced all parties involved. Hopefully, I'll get news in the morning of whether my wire transfer was successful.
