DIS-trustpilot keeps pulling my initial…RUN!

DIS-trustpilot keeps pulling my initial review down. They claim a lot of vague, ambiguous "circle talk" guidelines. I have provided them hard data addressing their "circle talk". As of this post, they have not agreed to repost my review, have failed to reply to questions as to why after waiting for several days after submitting documentation addressing their "circle talk" they have failed to reply. They were given copies of email contacts/communications, a copy of my account cancellation document, copies of asset transfers...all of these were with many of the people named below...to satisfy their "circle talk" lust. They continue stonewalling reposting my review. The Initial Review, which by email they thanked me for by the way...This is your self directed IRA custodian if you want...1) Jack, the initial business development contact to quit returning texts and messages regarding critical account completion timelines and questions...2) Phone access...Long hold times, rarely will you get a live answer, getting hung on, unreturned messages3) Kaleb Klack account contact, multiple Emails he supposedly sent never were sent (not in spam or trash)...4) Kaleb Klack finally sends email...its requesting information that has already been provided...5) Finally reached Samantha to ask about info Kaleb requested that was already provided "never mind that happens a lot"...6) One hand does not know what the other is doing. No specific contact in charge of account, multiple failed handoffs and no one takes responsibility.7) Account Closure form sent on 9/15/25. 9/17/25 multiple calls, following up, why is account still open? Morgan "give it until Friday, 9/19/25.8) 9/22/25 multiple calls. Aaron, why is my account still open. Accusatory..."Why are you so mad"? Go read the notes on my account closure document. Long time on hold...Aaron's attitude has changed, he's very nice, "I read your notes and understand why you're mad, I'm very sorry".This is my reply to irafinancial's response to my initial review, boilerplate, usual canned concern...9/24/25 Funny, HAHAHA.This was added after irafinancial's usual, boilerplate language referring to a ONE STAR review, "What you described is not the level of service we aim to provide". AIM, you didn't just miss the bullseye, you missed the entire target. Others must have experienced similar bad service BECAUSE...the reason for closing my account is that a group I have invested with for a long time called me panicked when they received your asset transfer documents. They went through a long list of problems their investors have had with you over the years. This is NOT a ONE OFF event, keep trying to make it look like you care. Most everyone named in my review was informed of the problems I was having when I talked with them. They chose to do nothing. Until of course...a ONE STAR review shows up. Then you email me asking for more of my time after giving you volumes of customer service, client retention, etc. training information in the review.My reply to Mark after he asked for a phone call after seeing the above...Mark-My guess, a facebook comment or trustpilot review triggered this.All you gotta do is reread them, that tells most of it. Discussing more detail doesn't get any better. I gave you the names. Talk to 'em.
