Initially received a quote for £159 later wanted to charge £30 additional for call out and agreed to take £160 cash only, Installed an worn off Display and refused to let me take the Picture of the screen that was installed showing the worn off area, instead he took the phone away.later on Payment options was Cash or Bank transfer only NO CARD PAYMENTS WERE OFFERED.INVOICE WAS GIVEN WITH NO VAT AND ASKED TO PAY £192 inc VAT if needed which is a TAX FRAUD.End of the day he took the phone away just for asking why the new screen installed look worn off

    We provide a call-out repair service, meaning we come to your home, workplace, or agreed location—often the same day, including evenings and weekends. Our main coverage area includes Central London and Greater London, and we also serve customers across England and the wider UK through our secure pick-up and drop-off repair service.

    Some device issues, particularly those involving liquid damage or internal corrosion, can be unpredictable. When this happens, we take the time to explain the risks, limitations, and available options before proceeding. If a device is not economically repairable, we are upfront about it.

    All repairs include a parts warranty covering manufacturing defects, and we aim to keep customers informed before, during, and after the repair.
