I see there are reports of there being no lifts on one of the Irish ferries. The Isle of Innismore has got two customer lifts but they don't both cover all levels hence when one breaks down there can be difficulties for anyone with mobility problems. On Monday the green lift got stuck while we were disembarking at Dover. Luckily there was nobody in a wheelchair and the lady using crutches was eventually able to get down to the next floor to access the blue lift. That just left getting across a busy vehicle deck to the coach. Staff on level 8 appeared to be unable (unwilling?) to contact the vehicle deck controllers to help us get across the busy deck despite having onboard phone devices.Food would probably have been ok if it had been warm.
