Non existent customer service. I emailed requesting a refund as per terms and conditions on their website. No reply so emailed a couple of days later Again no reply, called, 4 days after my original email. Was told I was due a refund and they would process it. I asked if I would receive confirmation, told no, but the person I spoke to said they would very helpfully email me confirming my booking was cancelled and refund would be madeI've heard nothing... how hard can it be? Do not recommend on the basis that the customer service is this bad
