Outstanding service from Irish Ferries – Dover to CalaisI had an absolutely amazing experience with Irish Ferries when traveling from Dover to Calais. While waiting to board, my car battery went completely flat after charging my phone with the car turned off. I went to the Irish Ferries office for help, and the manager went above and beyond to assist me.He first tried to jump-start my car, but when that didn’t work, he offered to personally take me out of the port to buy a new battery. He drove me all the way into the city, waited while I got a replacement, and then even helped me change the battery using his own tools.You don’t often meet people so genuinely kind and helpful. I’m incredibly grateful for his time and effort. it turned what could have been a stressful day into a really positive experience.Thank you so much to the Irish Ferries team at Dover — truly exceptional customer service!
