Travelled with Irish ferries for the 1st time. I can say my only regret is not reading the reviews before.. ferry was 45 minutes late on the way over and over an hour late on the way back. They are supposed to offer a refund when the ferry is over an hour late and the excuse we get is « the ferry was late due to weather » 😅 the sun was shining and the crossing was lovely. I can only leave a bad review on a company that can’t tell the truth. Only positive thing « my son had the time of his life in the play area and most of the staff was nice ». Paying cheaper isn’t always a better option. Maybe better communication and organisation will give you better reviews.
