The worst customer service I have ever experienced! What should be a simple claim refund has turned into an exhausting and incredibly frustrating ordeal. Customer service is completely unhelpful, unresponsive, and dismissive. It genuinely feels like Irish Health is deliberately delaying and avoiding paying out legitimate claims.
