I strongly advise against this service. We arranged and fully paid for a parcel collection. On the scheduled day, the driver arrived and stated his van was already full, promising to return later that evening. No one ever came back, and the parcels were not collected. We then tried to contact the company. They informed us they work with another service, but provided no real assistance—no solutions, no clear information, and no accountability for the failed collection. As a result, we had to book another collection for the next working day, even though the original collection was supposed to happen on Friday. We clearly requested a specific time frame since we are leaving the country and cannot wait at home all day for a courier. Once again, no help or accommodation was provided. The facts are clear: • the service was fully paid; • collection dates were agreed upon; • the parcels were not picked up; • customer support was ineffective; • no accountability was taken. This is completely unacceptable. The company fails to follow even the most basic standards of parcel delivery and customer service. If you value reliability, deadlines, and basic respect for customers, avoid this service!
