I would give this 0 stars if I could ! Our train was 2 hours late which was really disappointing. We were packed onto the train once it arrived. I felt that this isn’t acceptable with the current coronavirus pandemic. Then we had to change trains as the train was too packed. We were promised an empty train but this was not the case. In addition we were promised that the train would be there waiting for us but it was delayed once again. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service. In my opinion, the refund offered does not compensate for the inconvenience this caused to me and my friends.
