I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this service. I ordered a rotating barrel hair curler, but received a completely different and much cheaper item. I contacted the company right away, and although they acknowledged the mix-up, I haven't received any updates or resolutions since. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I'm out €65 with a useless product. After many emails, I finally got my refund, but I would hesitate to shop here again.
