I recently bought a garden weed-puller from Irish Supply. It was advertised as including a bamboo stick in the package. It did not and I had to search for a handle in local stores, finally finding one that was too big for the tool and having to chisel it down to fit. I contacted Irish Supply to ask for the missing handle to be sent to me. The reply was that there is no handle available.Irish Supply did offer me a €30 voucher for the site or a refund for the tool which cost €29.95. I am not interested in getting a voucher for the site and I did want to keep the tool. I suggested that they refund me the cost of the handle I bought, but they could not do that. I see they are still advertising the tool with the handle. I would not feel able to trust the company in the future.Having said all this, I find the tool very useful for weeding, particularly dandelions, though it breaks the root half-way down, so has not eradicated the plant.-------------------------------------------------------Since I posted this review I was contacted by Maya of Irish Supply with an offer, which I accepted, of €10.78 refund. This almost covered the cost of the handle I had to buy. I was impressed by Maya's persistence in trying to sort out the problem
