Avoid avoid avoid avoid!! I purchased a Roomba Combo combined mop and hoover iRobot 3 months ago which has never worked properly. I’ve spent 3.5hours either waiting on hold or speaking to customer service reps who read from scripts, and who have not resolved the issue. They have failed to get back to me when promised and my device is still not working! It was very expensive and is a complete waste of money!I have been a long standing iRobot customer and it’s incredibly disappointing to see what was once a good company with products that previously work well, reduced to this.In utter frustration I have invested in another brand (Eufy) whose customer service is exceptional and the robot hoover is performing well!I strongly recommend avoiding iRobot, they are a sham and a con.
