Horrible company, absolutely do not give them your money. We placed and order for two SUPs, and received them. Just a few days later they recalled the boards because they were manufactured incorrectly, and are unsafe. We never used the boards. Their "recall process" means waiting 6+ months to receive replacements, which is of course unacceptable for something we just purchased. We have been trying to return them, per their return policy, but the company is unreachable. They took down their phone number, but we've called the recall phone number 4 times, and emailed 5+ times, with no response over the last 2+ months. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IROCKER. You've been warned.
