Horrible customer service and rude representative on the phones!!I took a chance on this company and like many others have been very disappointed. If you want to buy a board, then have it replaced with a completely different board because the company tried to cut corners and used inferior glue to build your board this is your company. My board was part of a recall and I was advised to destroy my board and wait over a year for a replacement. And the replacement would be any board they want to send, so not a replacement but a downgrade.
