Up until today, my experience with IronFX had been flawless. Whether it was trading execution, customer support, or withdrawals, I had zero complaints. I was a satisfied, loyal client. However, everything changed on December 18, 2025.In a matter of minutes, my account (23210973) was completely liquidated from ~1,700 EUR down to 2 EUR due to unauthorized high-frequency trades on XPDUSD and BCHUSD.I am writing this review to bring visibility to this case because the official response I received from your team was ridiculous and disrespectful. The platform logs clearly show trades opening and closing continuously every 2 seconds (e.g., 14:30:15, 14:30:17, 14:30:19). It is physically impossible for a human to manually execute trades with this speed. Furthermore, I want to clarify that I was NOT using any Expert Advisor (EA) or automated software when this incident occurred.Yet, your support team had the audacity to reply claiming these were "Manual Trades" and simply copy-pasted Terms & Conditions to dismiss the issue. To tell a client that superhuman, 2-second execution is "manual trading" is an insult to my intelligence.I demand a serious re-evaluation of this case and the IP access logs. Do not treat loyal clients with such disregard when your system clearly failed.Account: 23210973***Update - 19/12/2025***I submitted my details via the 'Find Reviewer' tool. You asked for my details to 'assist me', but it is important to clarify that I have already provided all this information to your Support Team. The only reason I felt compelled to post a negative public review is because your Support Team completely dismissed my case. Instead of investigating the technical evidence I provided, they simply blamed me and copy-pasted 'Terms & Conditions'.I am waiting for a proper re-evaluation of this case before proceeding with legal action.***Update - 31/12/2025***Instead of addressing my specific technical points or providing the requested logs, IronFX, through Notesco (BVI) Limited, offered a 'settlement bonus' to close the case (meaning a non-withdrawable trading bonus). They continue to omit critical evidence and divert attention from the actual system failure. Please be advised that if the next communication consists of the same evasive responses, I will take immediate legal action and report this fraudulent conduct to the relevant regulatory authorities.***Update - 19/01/2026***Since I have received no further feedback or constructive response from your team to date regarding my rejection of your 'settlement offer', I have proceeded with the next step.I have now filed a formal complaint with the BVI Financial Services Commission (regulator), submitting full evidence of the contradictions in your investigation.I will await a serious resolution until this Friday (23/01/2026) to potentially withdraw my regulatory complaint, otherwise I will escalate the matter to European authorities.
