want to share my experience with IronFX / Notesco BVI Limited to alert other traders.
During active trading, the spread on my instrument abruptly increased from around 3.4 pips to nearly 14 pips, without any prior notice, major news event, or abnormal market volatility. This unexpected spread widening severely affected my open positions.
At the same time, leverage on my account was reduced without clear advance communication, which sharply increased margin requirements and limited my ability to manage or hedge my trades.
Due to these sudden and unexplained changes in trading conditions, I incurred a loss of approximately USD 4,100. These actions made proper risk management impossible and directly impacted my capital.
