Frustrating experience due to Bluetooth issues

I bought the product on November 17, expecting delivery by November 25. I received it in two parts on December 1 and 2. Initially, everything worked well, and I was excited to get the smart handles and accessories. However, the wall bracket was missing, and there were no instructions. The biggest problem is the Bluetooth on the main unit seems defective. I've tried multiple devices, but it won't stay connected, rendering the app useless. I've reached out to customer service through calls and emails, but have received no response. While the product is cheaper than competitors, at nearly £900, the service and quality should be much better. Perhaps investing in a more premium product is advisable.
