This is the worst company with the worst service. I have been trying to get my material out from the storage for more than 3 weeks. I paid all my invoice in full and still my account is on HARD HOLD. They are not allowing me to get any material out for hotel. We have wedding tomorrow. I am trying to speak to supervisor, and no one is calling me back that can help with solution. Keep saying same nonsense that matter will be resolved within 3-4 business days but unfortunately their 3-4 days never get over for last 3 weeks. Hopefully NO ONE will get stuck like I am. Now I will have to pay thousands of dollar for this large wedding as I am not able to resolve this issue.
