I booked a level 3 search with Sean and he was very accommodating in getting it booked it asap. I explained this it was a relatively new build that usually wouldn’t require a level 3 but due to some concerns we wanted to go with the 3. Sean very generously admitted that with the property not being that old a full level 3 wouldn’t really be needed so he gave us a small discount. Once the report came back there was an issue in the loft, we was able to take this back to the homeowners/builders and we discovered that there was multiple MDF boards that should have been uninstalled at build completion but they never did. Sean took calls from myself a couple months after he had carried out his work to help give me advice on the issue that he found and I was able to take this information to the homeowners. Without Irving Associates we would not have known about this issue and would have bought the property and who knows when it would have been discovered. I couldn’t recommend this company more if I tried.
