They have made it so difficult for me to get a refund on a £16 shirt - have offered me choosing another shirt in the right size and keeping the one that I want to return at no extra cost but the issue is not just that the shirt is too small it is also terrible quality. The material is very thin, button holes very badly finished and no washing instructions etc labels.Then when I politely declined the offer they came back with a 50% off my next purchase voucher! Having just read the small print the returns back to their China warehouse are at my cost despite it saying on their website that if they accept my request for a return then they will send me a returns label so I can return it to them! Anyway my advice AVOID this company
