Kept us up to date on transfers- prior to pick up, email verifying pick up time, location, driver's name and phone.Drivers were excellent- another helpful perk- pick up at Naples Airport (very busy there) and transport to ferry- driver even goes to ticket office for you, gets tickets, explains next steps- very helpful!!!
