We have used Ischia Review for transfers between Naples and Ischia for a number of years. The service has always been outstanding but in June 25 they really showed just how much customer care and comfort matter. Our outbound flight was cancelled with very short notice and our return flight changed. When we contacted Dion at Ischia Review, he immediately expressed concern for our dilemma, offered to help in any way possible and assured us that the transfers would be changed with no extra cost. As usual the drivers were waiting to smoothly whisk up from the airport to Naples port where they gave us the hydrofoil tickets and told us the departure time and gate. On arrival in Ischia, their driver Peppe was also waiting and drove us in absolute comfort to the hotel.
